Data Management & analysis support
- Call for, collate and organize retention data from multiple schools into clear, accessible formats
- Working with the Project Leader, transform raw data into meaningful views that enable strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate databases and tracking systems for exit interviews and retention initiatives – ensuring information is accurate, current and easily accessible.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting
General Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the Retention team, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in the coordination and execution of large national retention projects, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Co-ordinate with school retention committees to gather required information.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and hard copy) for the Retention team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Retention office and projects.
Ad-hoc Admin Duties
- Support the implementation of retention initiatives through administrative co-ordination.
- Other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned
